BrainPick privacy notice
Last updated October 31, 2026. BrainPick is an early pilot that introduces builders to people with practical work experience.
What we collect and why
When you submit a builder brief or practitioner profile, we collect the fields you provide and the email address needed to respond, scope a possible pilot, or coordinate a match. We record the time and version of your consent. Do not submit employer, customer, or other confidential information. We do not request identity documents or record sessions through this form.
Analytics and usability
We use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymous visit behaviour, including clicks, scrolling, and session replays, to improve usability. BrainPick does not sell this analytics data.
How information is used
Submissions are reviewed manually by the BrainPick project team. We do not sell form submissions or expose them publicly. Access is restricted to the server-side application and authorized project administrators. Data is stored in a dedicated BrainPick database when the pilot intake is enabled.
Consent and withdrawal
Submitting requires your agreement to this notice. You may request deletion at any time using the submission ID shown after a successful submission and the email address used for that submission. If you cannot access the form, email info@cybaxiscorp.net with “BrainPick deletion request” in the subject. We will verify the request and remove the record. We retain information only as long as needed to respond to the pilot request and handle deletion or legal obligations.
